Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, regardless of where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the globe, ensuring we maintain the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

The delivery time for your order is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-5 business days after the order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for your items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination.

The following delivery times are estimates and exclude processing time:

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery may take longer.


How Can I Track My Order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items are processed and dispatched on business days. Please be aware that this may take longer during promotional periods.

Once your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information and a link to monitor your order. Please allow some time for tracking information to appear.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.


Tax and Duties

All logistics fees are inclusive of taxes, and you will not need to pay any additional import duties. However, customers are responsible for cooperating with customs inspections if their packages are selected for review. Should you need to return products, you will be responsible for any taxes incurred.

Please note: Import taxes may still apply in certain regions, as interpreted by local EU organizations.

How to Change My Delivery Address?

If you realize your delivery address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team at service@lustoraX.com immediately. We will assist in changing your delivery address before dispatch. Please note that once an item has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
