14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is unopened, you can return it to us for a full refund.

Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened, worn, or used.

Wrong Product Ordered

If you realize that you’ve ordered the wrong product, or change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible at service@lustoraX.com. We can modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product or an error in your order, there are two ways to return the item and get your money back:

  1. Reject the package: When your package is delivered, mark it as Return to Sender (RTS) and refuse the delivery.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours: If the product has already been delivered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Product Not Received

If your product was not delivered or is lost (excluding stolen items), please reach out to our customer service team at service@lustoraX.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.


Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at service@lustoraX.com and describe the issue in detail. We will either replace or refund your order at our discretion.

We may require you to return the faulty product along with all accompanying accessories and its original packaging.


Countries with Import Restrictions on Adult Products

Please be aware that we strive to assist with customs clearance, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will pass customs in all regions. Once goods are detained, we cannot assume responsibility for the losses.

  • Return due to consumer preference: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will depend on the courier company you select.
  • Return due to our error: If the item is incorrect or damaged due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping fees.
